Document Requirements for PSEB Registration (IT Company)
Legal & Corporate Documents:
- Certificate of Incorporation Issued by SECP.
- Memorandum of Association (MoA) Outlines the company’s objectives.
- Articles of Association (AoA) Governs internal management.
- Form 29 List of directors, issued by SECP.
- Form A / Form C Annual return of the company (if applicable).
- Board Resolution Authorizing the signatory to register with PSEB.
- CNICs of Directors Valid computerized national identity cards.
- Passport copies For any foreign directors/shareholders.
- Bank Account Maintenance Certificate On company letterhead or from the bank.
- Last 6 months’ Company Bank Statement (Optional but helpful if available).
- FBR NTN Certificate National Tax Number for the company.
- Company Letterhead & Stamp Must be available for formal use.
- Official Email Address Company domain preferred (e.g., info@yourcompany.com).
- Company Profile / Website A brief description of services offered.
- Office Tenancy Agreement or Ownership Documents
- Utility Bill (Electricity/Gas/Internet) Recent, for office premises.
